howto vs HOWTO (does capitalization make any difference to the filters ability to filter ??)

When you set the filter, it's a drop-down kind of situation.

If you link to that first one in the list, you can see what I have done to it.

You should be able to do the rest yourself.

Just treat it as if you were adding a SOLVED prefix.

As OP of the thread, you can change the title and the filter.

Since introduction of "howto" prefix it appears new users regularly use it for help threads, not realizing the prefix is for guides.
Mods often needs to remove it and tell OP what the prefix is for.

Maybe the prefix wasn't good idea or maybe the prefix should be renamed to something else, e.g. "guide" or "tutorial" or something similar to avoid confusion.

Howto is it seems misinterpreted for "how do I do? ..."
