I enter the password that I use for login with myAccount to my windows pc.
But linux promt keep telling med that´s the wrong password for myAccount.
Please see screenshot with the "question about myAcounts passsword"
Please dont correct me with ”you dont see your password in Linux promtp”, I´m aware of that
and I dont have caps lock enabled.

I really appreciate your answer, becuase Im a Window guy trying to learn more about Linux.

Not usually the password used for login with myAccount unless you have specifically done that.

I don't use apt-get. Instead I just run:

Code:
sudo apt update

What Linux subsystem or distro are you running in your Windows environment?

To change your password in Linux, open the terminal and type:
Code:
passwd

It will ask you for your old password and than give you the chance to create a new password.

Make sure you write down your new password.

According to this link: https://adamtheautomator.com/windows-subsystem-for-linux/
"..The fairy code-mother at Microsoft has decided to give you another option: The Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL). WSL makes running a Linux system alongside Windows so much easier, and more flexible"

-So WSL on Windows 10, right? or is it versions or anything else you refer to?
