Hello,
The problem iwas finally solved by a change of RAM! (Thanks aug774). What is stranged is I had run memtest86 which had detected no error.
Apparently Corsair RAM (I had 2x 8GB DDR4) sometimes causes problems with Linux (when everything works fine with Windows).
It was changed by a company specialized in Linux which uses Crucial or Kingston.
It works fine with Ubuntu 20.04.3 now.
I had some success with this previous RAM with Manjaro and MX though...
Thanks to all for your help.
