It's not a new flash, it's the old one I used originally to install Ubuntu on that machine as well as two others (which are both still running fine), and yea it's still the 24.0 version. I kept that flash drive in case I needed it for another install at some point. That's why I didn't think it was a bad ISO download as it works perfectly fine on my main laptop and it worked perfectly fine on that one as well until one day it just didn't, possibly because of dualboot shenanigans but unclear yet. And it is just livebooted, I didn't do a reinstall yet to wait for your feedback. But does it mean that really the best option would be to just reinstall it?So if I'm understanding correctly you created a new flash drive with Ubuntu, is this a newer version of Ubuntu or still 24.0 and are you livebooted now or did you also reinstall?
