Out of the distros that I have tried. PearOS is the one I think I could move to without any issues. I am a new Linux user and I have tried Zorin, Garuda, mint etc. This one seems to be the sweet spot or me. It seems snappy and and fast on my hardware. It' modern looking. It's just NICE. I am going to get this system setup for my wife. It's a dell 3201 and needs a new keyboard, top case and bottom case. I think it will be a great system for her for mobile work.
For me, I am going to load Pear on my 5401 2 in 1 and my XPS 8940. I will probably use zorin on a surface pro for my tablet duties once im converted. The only issue I have is my son with Autism. He is on windows for gaming. I am going to get him to try WINUX and try steam on that system for him. Overall though, PearOS is a nice lightweight system.
