    Oklahoma City. I was programming for the Department of Defense and realized I could retire by the end of the year. So I determined where I could live on just my SSA earnings and not go broke. November 16, 2019 was the best day of my life. While flying to Medellin I got the email that my Visa Extranjeria was approved.
