Yes, you can. However, Zorin is not server focused, it's mainly a desktop distro, with heavy desktop programs, drivers, and everything else.Since I am comfortable with Zorin on our computers. Can I set the server we have up using Zorin as it's base OS? It would make it much easier for me since I am familiar with the OS.
It's probably easier to use Ubuntu server, as ZorinOS is based on Ubuntu and that way you don't have to strip out the DE and all the other desktop specific stuff you don't need when using it a server.Yes, you can. For a server, you don't need all that. But I guess that knowledge and experience will come later.

Can I get Ubuntu server with GUI? I watched some videos on it already before I asked this question and it's all command line isn't it?It's probably easier to use Ubuntu server, as ZorinOS is based on Ubuntu and that way you don't have to strip out the DE and all the other desktop specific stuff you don't need when using it a server.
The point of most server setups is to do everything with the cli, you can install a GUI/DE on Ubuntu Server but that would then defeat the purpose of using it instead of ZorinOS. If you want a GUI/DE with your server setup then you might as well just use ZorinOS.Can I get Ubuntu server with GUI? As for our server is this one.
I'm not a programmer either, most server software is meant to be run and setup with cli only.Ok, I find it easier to do stuff witha gui, I am not a coder, programmer etc. I just want to run the software I need to do the job with little fuss and resistance.
