In all honesty, as far as office suites go, I prefer not LibreOffice......but its 'parent', OpenOffice, from which LibreOffice was forked years ago.

I put a 'portable' build of WPS Office together for the Puppy community, but I'm still in two minds about it. Oh, it LOOKS slick, right enough - though it's got the most godawful file-chooser dialog I've ever seen in my life!.....but what bothers me are the rumours about the thing "phoning home" in the background to the PRC. NOT what ya want on your machine (well, to MY mind anyway), but....

Rather my pc phone home to china than the US at this point. But that's another story. There's nothing I am doing that the Chinese government is worried about I can assure you that. I have checked out the file chooser yet. I only turned it on, opened the word processor and thought, we could get used to this.
