Hi Alex, I can able to login in to the terminal with external keyboard not that of laptop. If I try to log in screen (graphically), then the laptop is freezed without any response. I then just turn off by pushing the power button.

I recommend downloading a fresh .iso and this time brother, verify the integrity of the .iso file.

You shouldn't be having to wait hours for the system to come up to boot to the desktop.
