In that time, they've shown a good moral compass and a willingness to volunteer. To be frank, I wasn't sure if he'd take the position -- more if he just had the time to do so and if he wanted to give up some of that time. Sure enough, they volunteered and were accepted.

At this time, we do not need any additional moderators. We have most of the various time zones covered, at least to some extent. We have some overlap in those time zones, meaning things can be dealt with more swiftly.
