My Laptop Configuration

• Intel Core i3-1005G1 Processor (4M Cache, 1.20 GHz up to 3.40 GHz)
• 4GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM
• 1TB HDD

Please suggest me a best and fastest linux distros . I will be greatly benefited by your Suggestion

Fastest is not -- use a stopwatch if one has doubts. On vast experience with picking out what performs well on limited-resource PCs, I can say the following, based on distros derived from three separate Linux families, are the quickest to use on old computers with at least 2GB RAM:

From Patrick Volkerding's Slackware --
Slackware, Porteus, Slax, Zenwalk

From Ian Murdoch's Debian --
antiX, Sparky, Devuan

Shuttleworth's ubuntu --
LinuxLite, peppermint, lubuntu

Others/Independent --
Puppy Linux
