Not exactly, these parameters are specific for Nvidia.run files, there's plenty of then which can be listed with -h or --help when run on nvidiadriver.run file.

For the NVIDIA GP107 [GeForce GTX 1050] on Ubuntu based OSes, the recommended proprietary driver is the nvidia-driver-470 series (specifically 470.xx), which supports Kepler GPUs and is the most recent production branch compatible with this architecture. The open-source nouveau driver is installed by default but offers limited performance- Any later driver version no longer supports this architecture since it is 10 years or older
