I don't do any printing these days, so I'm not sure that I can help. But I do have one question. Has your printer run out of the other color inks?

Minit I tried to clean it out real good the injector so it seems to be printing all colors on its own now so we'll see what happens

Thanks for the update.

Let us know how printing goes over the next few days.

@Hmcfly626 :-

Being a long-term Epson user myself, I can tell you that the printhead on the Epson inkjets needs semi-regular cleaning.....especially if you don't print that often. They gum-up rather quickly, but a nozzle-check / head clean usually fixes things.

3rd-party inks are worse in this respect than the Epson originals, but then they don't cost you an arm & a leg either. There's trade-offs in every aspect of life.

(shrug...)

Mike. ;)

OK its an ecotank, what drivers are you using? Most EPSON printers work fine with the kernel drivers, but as with everything some don't,
did you install the recommended Epson drivers for this machine, if not download from the following link, uninstall all you have done before, and install these [this should cure your problems there are 4 to install]

I have an Epson ET-3850 and the Epson drivers on their website don't work in Mint 22.3. I ended up havint to download the IPP driver from IPP Everywhere before I could print anything.

Did you not try the Epson drivers in the Mint software manager, they work for me
