I am 5 months into linux and I love it alot I have some new hardware (ok it is old but some is gold) and I need some advice. I have been using the arch wiki gentoo wiki and this one book for guidance and advice. so what should I do next (4 semi operational MBs/PC CPU RAM CMOS) so what should I do? This is the book.

Maybe you could read and follow the project in Linux from Scratch.
It is a free publication and I have heard in good faith that it can be a really good educational experience to develop more intimate knowledge with Linux's internals!
I will get around to doing it myself someday, when my schedule is less busy hopefully!
