turn off autoplay (firefox)

hi all,

i can't afford much data

it seems like more websites are autoplaying videos

can someone please tell me how to turn off autoplay in firefox 116.02

i went into firefox permissions and turned off autoplay and it didn't work

please see below, i turned off those 2 items, but they keep coming back

I don't see any auto playing videos in FF, maybe because I have Ublock Origin installed....
