You probably have NTP enabled already. Odds are very good that you do. You won't need to configure it. It works just fine and tinkering with it will do you no good.

Unless you're a geek with a GPS dongle connected to open sky and running your own NTP server, an electronic trader, a high frequency trader, legal keeper of business records that need precise time, or the likes, you don't need to muck about with NTP. It's enabled and that's a good thing.
