Is there a built-in screen capture in Ubuntu??

I think there's basic functionality with the print screen button in Gnome. I could have sworn there was.

Personally, I always find and install Shutter. (I take a whole lot of screenshots.)

I am lazy
I use Ctrl +P to take a screenshot [usually to the desktop] then open and print from there
