Problem with wlan

Hello, I'm using the latest version of Linux Mint.

I have a Realtek Wi-Fi chip on my desktop PC.

But it's impossible to maintain a stable internet connection. I've tested all other Wi-Fi components, and they're all working fine (router, terminal, etc.). However, the connection only lasts 2-3 minutes. There are no error messages.

Could you please give me some tips?

Yeah, run nmcli device wifi list and note down channel numbers that other wifi networks in your vicinity use.
Then log in to router and change the channel of your wifi so that it's furthest away from channels of other networks.

Ideally you want your wifi to be at least 2 channels away.

Can you run CAT5 cable directly from your router to the network port on your computer? You'll get maximum data transfer rate, much better that Wi-Fi.

No, the Router ist for more User (4) and its Impossible to install a cat5 . Thanks

wifi cards often fail or are not compatible. laptops have a card inside about the size of a postage stamp. it is a plug in held in by one screw and has 2 wires that are a pain to reconnect. You can but a new card and replace what you have or you can just buy a usb wifi adapter and plug it in and your problem is solved. Total cost in money is about $20 and savings in time and pulled out hair is immeasurable.
