Microphone not working on kali linux

My mic is not recognize by system what is the solution for it?

Kali isn't meant to be a daily-driver. It's meant to be used live as a pen testing tool, by people who understand both pen testing and Linux. So, I'm not sure how many folks here will know about getting a mic to work on Kali, but I do wish you good luck.

you can try this method. It worked for me!

Check to see if firmware-sof-signed and pavucontrol are installed - if not, install them then reboot - you can get both through the Synaptic Package Manager
