I like parts of Florida. The Redneck Riviera is nice when it's not Spring Break. It's awesome when it is Spring Break!

When I retired, I bought a house on the good side of the inlet (Panama City Beach vs Panama City). I didn't use it, so I sold it some time later. As I'd purchased the house during the 2007 recession and housing crisis, it worked out nicely.

But, I've been all over Florida.
