GNU GRUB ? SOLVED

Minimal Bash-Like Line editing is supported.
For the first word, TAB lists possible command completions.
Anywhere else TAB lists possible device or file completions.

this pops up when I star my computer. laptop .
I took it apart to see what ram it has and closed it back up now this.

eg

Was it working OK before you took it apart to check the RAM?

What distro was/is on it - Linux Mint Cinnamon, if so which version? If not, specify please.

Is the pic from the HP Stream 14 or other?

Can you boot through the BIOS?

Did you have a Timeshift snapshot from recent times?

And so on and so on.

If it's a hardware issue (to do with the RAM being dislodged) I won't be the one to help.

For The Viewers Tobey is from Kansas (the other OZ) and I'll be gone for my evening DownUnder soon.

Tobey if your answers to my questions and those of others bear no fruit, we can look to working from that Grub prompt.

I take it you still have those Pi's of yours working for internet access.

For future reference:

sudo dmidecode -t memory

Now that we're past that... I'd go back inside (properly and safely, discharging and grounding) and then re-seat everything - especially the disk drive and RAM.

I figured out my problem there was a short in my sata usb connector it wasn't able to read .
replaced the cable and rebooted the computer and fixed.
