Display not working properly

It seems like your monitor's resolution is not set correctly, causing the display to be cut off. Here are a few steps you can take to try and fix the issue:

  1. Check your display settings: Go to Settings > Display and make sure that the resolution is set to the correct one for your monitor. You can also try adjusting the scaling options to see if that helps.
  2. Check your graphics driver: Make sure that your graphics driver is up to date. You can usually do this by going to the manufacturer's website and downloading the latest driver for your graphics card.
  3. Reset your monitor: Try resetting your monitor to its factory settings. This can usually be done by pressing the menu button on your monitor and navigating to the "reset" option.
  4. Check your cables: Make sure that your cables are securely plugged in and that there are no loose connections. You can also try using a different cable to see if that helps.
  5. Try a different Linux distro: If none of the above steps work, you may want to try using a different Linux distro to see if the issue persists. Some distros may have better support for your hardware than others.
