Found out about CachyOS and it is also becoming more popular. I am mostly interested in its repository because it has packages compiled with newer instruction sets. But I tried out Chromium (x86_64_v3 is supported on my system), and on Speedometer 3.1 I didn't see much noticeable improvement. Compared that to the Thorium project, that scores quite a bit higher but it lacks updates. Is there any noticeable difference between all the packages? The CachyOS kernel is available on the AUR.
Is it a good idea to replace Arch repos with CachyOS repos without actually installing CachyOS?
