The food certainly looks good. Their claim to being 'in the regions' ?....no in this region. (Upper North Coast of NSW)

I took a look through Brian's link above, and they are prevalent throughout my home state of Queensland.

In Brisbane, they appear to be (g)astronimically popular, the go-to restaurant for that cuisine.

In my day in that city, it used to be spots like Montezuma's and Taco Den and so on.

I have been living rural for over 23 years now, and my nearest one is one of two in Toowoomba, 143 km from me. I have not done a Toowoomba trip in over 4 years, so won't be there anytime soon to comment.

I may do a Brisbane trip (200 km each way), in the next few months, if so, I will try to remember.

Regrets I cannot be of further help.

A lot of what we call 'Mexican' food is really 'Tex-Mex'. Things like crunchy taco shells, cheeses used, fajitas, etc...

They're still delicious foods, but they're not what most Mexicans consume on a regular basis. I have no idea about what this particular restaurant offers.
