Debian 13 suddenly freezes and i cant interact with anything

The fans are likely chopked with dust, dirt etc etc

Open the laptop would be the best approach

You could use canned air to blow in through the vents (usually located on the edge at the rear of the laptop.... go looking, you will find them.
Hey hey
I opened up the laptop, cleaned the CPU fan but so far it doesn't seem to be doing too much of a difference, at first it was around 40ish which was great but now it keeps going to about 85
I have also accidently ripped a wire near the fans and I may have to try and solder it back on, another wire looked like it had water damage on it.
might have to ditch this guy and get a new machine :(

Hard to give up on them, but comes a time of no return. The next thing I'd try if you haven't already is Nvidia Drivers.
