Windows Boot Manager appears on GRUB but it does not work

Hello i have recently dual booted windows 7 and Zorin os Lite on my dell laptop...
Well turns out that Grub does recognise windows boot manager but on selecting it
I get an eternal black screen... however i can boot into windows 7 from my bios boot manager .....but its kinda annoying to open bios every time ...
So please help me fix this issue

FYI it's not safe to be running an OS that's End of Life because of not receiving updates anymore.

As of January 14, 2020, your computer running Windows 7 will still function but Microsoft will no longer provide the following:

• Technical support for any issues
• Software updates
• Security updates or fixes

I already tried boot repair but that doesn't seem to do anything either..

I also do not understand why grub displays windows boot manager instead of just windows 7

Yeah i know that but this is one of my old laptops ..so it doesn't run win 10 pretty well ..

I have no recent experience with dual-booting so I'm not sure I can be much of help. Can you make a picture of what exactly it is that you are seeing? I'm not quite understanding what you are seeing and what you are expecting to see?
