a hammer cannot replace a wrench
lol not with that attitude!
seriously though - I did actually use a hammer today instead of a wrench. bought an ebike a few weeks ago (DTTZH F6 Pro) and it arrived damaged (the FedEx special), DTTZH had to ship a replacement front fork and so I had to disassemble/reassemble half of the ebike today. misplaced a wrench that I'd used earlier and didnt want to tear apart the house to find it so I used a rubber mallet and a wooden block to loosen a bolt because those were within arms reach and I was balancing the assembly in a precarious position (the ebike weighs like 120lbs). had replacement bolts so I wasnt really that concerned
turns out, I was sitting on the wrench....
I havent ridden a bike in ~20 years and the ebike is technically a motorcycle thanks to a new law that WA passed a few days ago, so I'm going to test it tomorrow at the local grade school - they have a running track. I expect I'll fall down a few times.
