You can post a message to people logging in via SSH. This is commonly called a banner, though there's also the message of the day (MOTD) as an option. This one is just covering the banner, which isn't terribly hard to do. It might be a little tricky for a new person, but I explained all the steps and I hope I gave clear directions. It's sometimes hard to tell if I'm writing to the right level and making too many assumptions about the reader's ability and confidence.
