Speaker problem on zorin

I installed zorin on my laptop and now the speakers will cut out every couple of seconds idk why this happens.

Audio is not my specialty (does he even have one? ... some ask, Wizard glares and turns them into toads), but this will be a start.

You were looking at Ubuntu previously, did its sound work?
