Hello, I am a new linux user and i am facing a problem removing the music player Lollypop.

I removed it using the command:
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove lollypop

I also removed the repository:
sudo add-apt-repository --remove ppa:gnumdk/lollypop

The program is not on the list anymore:
dpkg -l
However the icon is still on menu.
Debian 10 - Gnome

Someone can help me find a solution.

Install Alacarte if it isn't already installed.
Alacarte is an easy-to-use menu editor for GNOME that can add
and edit new entries and menus. It works with the freedesktop.org
menu specification and should work with any desktop environment
that uses the spec.

It solved the issue.
Thank you!

Welcome to linux.org and glad you got the help you needed.

We're not strict, but you could edit the thread's title to have [Solved] at the start of the title. Don't remove the title, just add that. That way folks will know it is solved and others searching for the same thing can more easily spot the thread.
