Welcome to the forums,
The lenovo s100, only came stock from the factory with 1Gb of ram, so unless it has been upgraded to 2Gb, you will need to use a light/medium weight distribution, suggestions include Kubuntu, Mint LMDE5, MX-Linux, Debian with driver pack, Linux Lite, Lubuntu, Endeavour, & Puppy, but there are many others
