Once bought by IBM, RedHat destroyed CentOS last year. That we all know by
now. And, very quickly, AlmaLinux sprung to life to replace it. And
later, Rocky Linux did too. Both are non-profit organizations. Now RedHat
has announced that they will only provide the RHEL source files to paying
customers with an agreement in place, and if that customer redistributes
the sources, their account will be suspended.
