Problem with WIFI after installing Ubuntu

I installed Ubuntu for the first time and I still don't know how it works
But after installing I couldn't connect to the wifi, it showed the available wifi networks, but it never connected when I tried. Another problem I'm having is when I try to turn off the computer the error shown in the photo below appears.
I don't know if it's related, but can anyone help?

you probably need to install Wi-Fi drivers, to find the correct ones run inxi -Nnz and paste back the results [you may have to install inxi from the software manager
