hi here is my linux rice
i love it dope setup broOK, seeing as we're starting from scratch with the new Linux.org - I figured we may as well resurrect this classic thread in the Desktop section..... Simply post a screenshot of your Desktop!
Here's my current desktop - dwm running on Debian testing, with a fairly vanilla conky config:
View attachment 4 NOTE: Normally I have the top-bar hidden - I don't like too many GUI things getting in the way and wasting valuable screen-space. I just made the top-bar visible for the screenshot, so you could see the whole thing.

@tinfoil-hat :-whitewolfak47 you really should fix your terminal font
I think what he meant was not the font being used but rather the formatting. Though it may be intentional, it is easy to see how it can be thought of as unintentional and not ideal. Don't be too hasty to jump to the conclusion it is an insult; it is more likely to be an observation of his formatting "issue".@tinfoil-hat :-
Well, that's a strange observation to make. I was just wondering, like; who's using his terminal.....him, or you?
Remember; we ALL have our own individual preferences ("one man's meat", etc).
Anyhoo...

Yes, alternative fonts can indeed enhance your 'user experience' quite considerably. I've been collecting them for years.

I'm using JetBrains Mono here, which I dug up over at FontSquirrel several years ago. You'll probably tell me you don't like THIS one, either!

@tinfoil-hat :-Didn't mean to be disrespectful, but this kind of font displaying reminded me of then I had a faulty font configuration in my Urxvt .Xressources. This looked to me like it wasn't intended, so I pointed it out.
