I have a transparent taskbar that appears on top of my regular taskbar. I'm not sure why. I hope you can assist me.

I currently have Ubuntu 23.10 manic minotaur and I'm running it on a Dell laptop It's an Ispiron 15 3000 series.

When my computer went into sleep mode, the extra taskbar disappeared. But if I reboot my computer, it reappears. I did manage to make the extra toolbar move to the left and right of the screen by manipulating the dock features. But I know if I restart my computer, this taskbar will reappear. I will try to get a screenshot of it when it happens again.
