Just an update...Cinnamon 21.1 does take a little longer to Boot than 19.1. which is about 14 seconds to Login and 6 seconds more to Desktop...that's on an SSD.

I now know this because today I Re-Imaged my 19.1 SSD with 21.1 and boot times are the same...so it wasn't one make of SSD was fasted than another.
