Have a nice day everyone, guys!
I recently installed
MiniOS Ultra on a USB stick.
It works very fine from the stick, but I encountered an error, that is: I can't save the settings in "Configure MiniOS"
I don't understand if it's an operating system error or if I got some settings wrong.
MiniOS is a great operating system, it has many useful tools if it works as a flash drive.

Attached is the screenshot of "Configure MiniOS"

If you write an ISO to a pendrive and use it live" then it will not have persistence [memory of changes] to attain a usable drive you need to write it with persistence

I created the persistent volume in MiniOS "session 1" and it works correctly, I was able to carry out all the necessary updates and I installed many programs. I restart MiniOS in "session 1" and always have everything in place, including all settings except for "Configure MiniOS"
It's a great operating system, I recommend you install it, it's a USB stick of at least 32 GB (3.0 minimum) and it's all you need.

That sounds like a bug to me. Though I suppose it could be intentional. They might reason that this means you can simply reboot if you mess up your configuration.

However, at the end of the day, this sounds rather esoteric. We do not have a large MiniOS community on this site.

It looks like they use Telegram for support. This would be the link:

You'd probably do better asking this question on their support site. You can stick it out here for a bit to see if someone knows, but we don't have a whole lot of people using MiniOS. Well, more specifically, we don't have a lot of people who mention using MiniOS and pretty much everyone discloses their OS choices at one time or another.
