My laptop keyboard has only two brightness levels. I want it to have many brightness levels so that i could reduce the brightness to comfort my eyes. I personally find light very stressful on my eyes. I think that keyboards should come with atleast five brightness levels. How can i add more levels in keyboard light brightness? I am using:

try looking under power settings, I don't know about Manjaro [years since tried it] but in my Debian mint I have a slider to select screen and keyboard brightness

That's a bit mean it's that long back since I tested Manjaro that there were no backlit keyboards
I have had a dig around , it seems to have been a problem with Manjaro for about 5 years, haven't managed to find an answer.
