Linux mint 21 Virginia not installing or updating anything

so basically, after updating through the update program that isn't in the terminal, it always pops up with this whenever I run a sudo apt update / upgrade command.
E: Conflicting values set for option Signed-By regarding source https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/ubuntu/ jammy: /etc/apt/keyrings/winehq-archive.key != /usr/share/keyrings/winehq.gpg
any idea how to fix it?

OH and I forgot to mension, I am running linux on a chromebook, if that makes any difference....

Looks to me that you have two keyrings you need to delete the one that is in /usr/share/keyrings/winehq.gpg
Wine needs the one that is in /etc/apt/keyrings/

then reboot

Agreed, as the output is pointing to the Wine download server.

If that doesn't help the sources list can be checked to see if a entry somewhat like this is present. {/etc/apt/sources.list.d/winehq-name of distro.sources}

This link explains in more detail on a Ubuntu system. I see that OP is running LM 21.3 Virginia.
