Solved Linux Install Error

Solved issue
SOLVED! The Bios changes I made were "Load Default Settings" then "Disable Secure Boot" then "Removeable Media 1st Boot Priority" then "Disable TPM". Disabling the TPM was the key command that put things over the top. I would like to thank CaffeineAddict, theLegionWithin, kc1di, osprey, and Brickwizard for responding to my issue and offering suggestions. I appreciate you taking the time.

I had a cursory search and one user reports the error went away after they enabled CSM compatibility mode; https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?t=428789
It's the first "Launch CSM" menu option in your bios.
Thank you for reading my issue and doing the search. I saw your post after I tried CaffeineAddict's suggestion to disable the TPM which did solve the install issue. It is likely that enabling the CSM would have worked as well, but after going around and around on this issue, I don't think I will be uninstalling the reinstalling to test that theory. My apologies for not including you on the thank you note.

I clicked edit at the bottom of the first post, but I don't see selection to indicate Solved - need more explanation.
