Read this and Install Linux_Mint_20.1(with 5.4 kernel) straight away,
If it works: All good,
Else: try the version with 5.8 kernel or wait for the Linux_Mint 21 release,

Note: Downloading through torrent system would be the Recommended way to download.

You can comfortably run any distro on that that you want. Anything can run just fine on it.

Can... You may have to find some drivers. Once that's done, it should be just fine. The AMD graphics may give you an issue.

Pick the ones that interest you the most, try them out, and decide for yourself what distro best suits your needs.
