Hmm... It could be my memory, but I think we concluded that already.

Still, it's nice for confirmation. It has been a minute since I've used KDE outside of a VM.

We had a question of whether not using the new PLM would constitute having a hybrid KDE. Ray, Jas and I had input here

However, if what Dave's linked article, and Marcus at 9 to 5 Linux is correct, then, no, it will not hybridise KDE to use SDDM, as both will be supported (however, PLM will only work under Systemd).

We may know as early as tomorrow, likely available soonest on a rolling release distro, I will check it out.

System D is not so bad. Being using it for years and had last problems years ago.
