Anyone now pls suggest.

I suggest you try a different Linux distribution.

Moving this to Kali Linux, where it should be.

As I just install kali everything.
Please explain "kali everything" and please share how did you install Kali? is there a procedure you followed?
Did you install it into VM or on your main drive? dual boot or not?
Have you done signature checking on ISO?
Have you done some modifications to installed Kali?
Overall to get help you need to share as much info as possible and include anything you think might be useful to troubleshoot.
Also share your hardware info.

Installed with physical Drive m.2 512 gb SSD in uefi mode. Only single kali os installed.

Obvious question... DID you install the correct Kali version for your machine ? Kali everything is for legacy servers,

I guess you have little or no experience of Linux distributions, KALI IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS, [read the full Kali documentation pages] Kali everything is for a closed in house installation for old SSH servers,
If you are installing as a main PEN-TESTING drive you should be using Kali Live or if you're using it in a VM/VB the respective Kali specialist build,
Kali is not designed for anyone who is not Linux experienced or terminal competent
Kali is not designed to be an everyday operating system [adding applications not tested by the Kali team will break the installation]
Kali is not Kool, Kali is purely a tool for experienced pen-testers

Everything

This image is meant for offline scenarios, when you want to use Kali Linux in a place that has no network connectivity.

Main download page:

If you ask me and unless your laptop doesn't have internet access I would choose Netinstaller image which will download latest packages during installment.

There are 2 other important steps you need to take care of in addition to downloading correct image:
1. When the image is downloaded you need to check for signature (sum) to make sure downloaded image was not corrupted.
2. Creating bootable USB stick this depends on in which OS you're creating bootable USB stick?
I suggest you (if possible) to burn the image to DVD

edit:
Netinstaller might require from you additional input which you might find confusing, so if you're not sure you'll be able to handle it, then choose "Installer" image.

Yaa thanks buddy to your precious advice definitely I will check toady all this, then I rewart you the next. But my question is that last 3 year I am huge fan of kali so pls answer one question that why it's freezing can I now the general reason for freezing issue or how to now the reason and one more thing when shutdown the system it will stuck with dragon logo.

I am not a fan of Kali, but it is a Debian derivative so I have a few ideas, the first may be compatibility of the kit you are using, another is my usual list of why's printed below
.
Why Linux fails to load/install direct to HDD, common reasons
1] Corrupt download [check SHA sum]
2] bad burn to installation medium [try again] [if you used Rufus then try Balena Etcher]
3] Wind 8.2 and higher quick start/fast boot or secure boot not disabled [doesn't normally apply to older versions]
4] defective pen-drive/DVD
5] hardware fault,
5A] If old style HDD run integrity check
5B]if SATA SSD check for hidden partition at the beginning of drive [this will stop Grub from loading] and delete it before re-installing Linux
If M2.NVMe check, your system is NVMe compatible [not all older kit is]

why it's freezing can I now the general reason for freezing issue or how to now the reason and one more thing when shutdown the system it will stuck with dragon logo.
It's impossible to know for sure and it likely won't be easy to figure out.

My method would be to first rule out hardware issues, ex. installing another distro on laptop and then seeing if freezing persists.
if it doesn't then it's either Kali issue or driver issue.

So next step after that would be checking drivers, ex. starting Kali in recovery mode and observing if freezing persists.
if it doesn't you can be sure it's neither hardware nor driver problem and can start diagnosing Kali itself.

This method of troubleshooting is called process of elimination it's how I diagnose my own PC and this method has served me well every time I faced problems.

Shell we now the freezing issue with the help of syslog file can you pls check once. May be have any clues.

I'm sorry but there are 488 matches for search term "Error" in the file.
To have any confidence which one is the actual error for freezing it should be narrowed down to as few errors as possible.

Another problem is that I'm not really a Linux expert and there is a lot of things I don't understand in that file.

But if you want me to say anything I would put my suspect to GNOME desktop, try reinstalling Kali and choose some other desktop, for ex. KDE or LXDE

Have you eliminated hardware and driver issues like I told you?

Ya eliminate hardware processed but not find any issue with hardware and also re-download the kali iso and also check the sha256sum that is also correct and driver for GPU not find any where but it shows the hardware and in about show the specifications of GPU .I'm tried to resolve this thing untill I got the solution and if you have any more suggestions so suggest me or have any solution which is related to be a semilar them inform me once.

Yeah, reinstall Kali but instead of GNOME desktop choose something else, KDE or LXDE.
I suspect freezing is due to GNOME desktop

Keep in mind that Kali provides most up to date software, which means many potential bugs, GNOME is thus no exception and there are many errors related to GNOME in the file.

If this won't work at least one thing will be ruled out.

edit:
and driver for GPU not find any where but it shows the hardware and in about show the specifications of GPU
The default driver for your GPU should work fine with any desktop, if KDE or LXDE turns out to be working then it's not GPU driver issue, otherwise we can try another driver and also booting in recovery mode which you didn't do?

recovery mode starts only basic services and drivers, and should help rule out many things just like trying another DE.

btw. here is something I found from the log file, there is a lot of hangup traces like this one:

What follows and preceedes these kinds of hangs are stack traces surrounded by "Window manager warning", "gnome-shell", "gnome-text-edit" and similar.

Therefore it certainly has something to do with gnome.

Are you testing Kali in virtual machine?
Which Kali image are you testing?
