Hi all
I've recently decided to update the privacy on my smart phone by installing Graphene OS on a Google Pixel 8 Phone.

I'm wondering if anyone has done this before and could offer any advice?

I'm getting a repeat error of the phone not able to connect to the installation process and thought there might be a Linux issue I'm not taking into account.

Error: Failed to execute 'open' on 'USBDevice': Access denied.

Thanks
T

We're really not the best forum for this question. I'd visit this forum:

Yeah, if you're going to find anyone who knows how to do this, XDA is the place.

If you are asking how to flash GrapheneOS on it, the process is probably similar to that of doing it with GrapheneOS. Something like this:
1. Install android-tools for access to adb and fastboot
2. Enable usb debugging on the device
etc.
See the following link for LineageOS
Looks like the steps are different for GrapheneOS but still somewhat similar.
It's probably better to ask on their forum or chat if you are stuck.
