Recently its all over the internet that certain places are trying to force Linux to put age verification into its operating system. I am in a certain country that has so far tried and failed miserably to enforce such a thing on websites.

Since a couple of miserable gits are deeply upset about what people might decide to do on their own computers illegal or not, this whole thing is just so deeply fustrating. I bet they will use it to serve even more adverts, more A.I slop and spy on you even more which is exactly why people are leaving windows in the first place. Honestly at this point they might aswell just put the police in your bedroom which honestly I think some of these people really want to do because some of these people that keep howling about" keeping children safe" I am convinced will have some interesting stuff in their browser history. And if anything bored teenagers will work out how to get onto the deepweb and find things far far worse then Onlyfans and the problem will be even harder to tackle until.

Next they will get butthurt and make sure you cant buy a computer and you can only rent it, then you could be forced to get a computer loaded up with government mandated horseshit and it will be like using a school computer (and will probably get hacked even more easily)

Is it even possible for these party poopers to even pull this off because my concern is, where does this lead? What if you get angry and make some edgy artwork on your computer or you think your government is a tit? Do they start listening to your Mic with A.I? If you say the wrong thing a bloody terrorism squad turns up at your house while you are still eating breakfast?

If the gits do pull it off. How easy is it to disable? I mean could you just not get a vpn and download a version of Linux that is not based in locations of miserable git laws?

We are at a point that non profiled machines are unacceptable, they have to know all the details about everyone on the internet. no IP without a name and street address no more

No we are not discussing this again, it has already been discussed and both topics have been locked because of too much politics being discussed. If you want to read through them, they are here.
