libreoffice works ok with fonts, games dont have any graphical issues, steam is alright besides small fonts, but gnome shell is bad and firefox is REALLY bad and fonts and font rendering/hintering. i cant provide screenshots because it will not be visible. firefox's default font dejavu absolutely sucks so i tried out segoe ui arial roboto ubuntu and besides ubuntu they all had problems, the reason i dont want to use ubuntu font is because its the letters look extremely long and it doesnt look appealing. i already use ubuntu font on gnome and its meh enough because there isnt a better alternative. and after i tried those fonts out on firefox and set roboto as the font for firefox, reddit and whatsapp got stuck on segoe ui for some reason and i just cant change it, please help me i solved many problems on my way to linux but this one is so unappeasing to my eyes that i want to go back to windows just to look search the web without ugly fonts

I followed the instructions from here :

I long ago came to the conclusion that the somewhat limited default font selection in most Linux distros was in serious need of improvement, so.....I set about doing just that!

There's a fair few sites out there that specialize in alternate fonts.....mostly intended for Windows, it's true, but they'll all work under Linux (well; nearly all of 'em, anyway).

Ya just browse for fonts you like, then download 'em (usually as an OTF ). Unpack them, then stick 'em in /usr/share/fonts.....normally in the 'TTF' sub-directory. Your distro will pick them up from here.

My preferred source is FontSquirrel.....and my personal favourite is 'Exo 2', by a guy name of Natanael Gama. It's a Sans Serif-class typeface, but much neater and far more modern looking. I fell in love with this one almost immediately, several years ago. I install it into every OS I run...

Which distro are you running ?

Never experienced this on stock Gnome. Ubuntu install some packages by default as snaps, so could something related to Firefox installed as a container. Something else you could look into is "gnome-tweaks" Allows you to change some settings which aren't available in the normal Gnome settings menu, including changing fonts for Gnome which you have installed.

As a comparison you could install Fedora Workstation, that would give a stock Gnome experience and then you could see if that makes a difference to you. However you don't seem to like Gnome so it might be a better idea for you to use something KDE Plasma.
The advantage to Fedora would be you're not running your web-browser in a container and some other packages as well, that are by default run in containers as Snaps in Ubuntu.

If you go to the software center, you can search for the word "fonts" and it should results in more fonts you can install without having to search the web, including google-roboto-fonts.

P.S Your post would really be a lot more readable if you used capital letters of the first word of the sentences and having "i" capitalized when talking about yourself. As well as a space somewhere between all those lines because I had trouble reading through your post since stands out as chaotic mess of words at with the first read.
