I have just set up Ubuntu 20.10 on my Raspberry Pi 4 (4GB RAM) and am trying to install Veracrypt 1.25.9. I have downloaded "veracrypt-1.25.9-Ubuntu-20.04-amd64.deb" into my Downloads directory. I then open the file with Software Installer, click on Install and enter my password. A short time later a popup displays
No packages are listed.
My WiFi is though my cell phone hotspot. In Ubuntu Settings>Wi-Fi>Cell Phone Settings, Metered connection is unchecked.
Where do I go from here? Is there another way to install Veracrypt with a GUI into Ubuntu 20.10 that will work?
