I've installed Linux Mint T2 onto a MacBookPro 16,2 (2020 with 4 ThunderBolt ports) and it ran fine. But.... It frustrated me my Bluetooth connection with a bluetooth speaker was awful. Stuttering, dropouts and when I wanted to use my bluetooth mouse it only got worse....

I have tried an external bluetooth LogiLink adapter which worked fine; no more stuttering or dropouts even when using mouse. Sounds like magic but: I wanted to disable Broadcom Bluetooth but I tried several ways to accomplish but no solution was my solution....

End of the line: I've bought myself a new laptop, a MSI Modern 15 F13MG-430NL. Gone are my Bluetooth-problems and gone is the MacBookPro...

But I'm curious if there are more people who have faced the same frustration with any laptop with the Broadcom BCM4364. Not especially MacBookPro16,2 specific but other laptops with the same wifi adaptr as well.

I don't use Bluetooth on anything other than my phone and some cars. But I do have an MSI Modern 15. They're a solid laptop. I've had mine for a while, and I've been pretty happy with it. One thing mine lacks is the ability to charge over the USB-C port. Ah, well...
