might want to install fprintd and libpam-fprintd which are available through your synaptic package manager supported devices is here - https://fprint.freedesktop.org/supported-devices.html or open your terminal type in

sudo apt install libpam-fprintd

sudo apt install fprintd

reboot

FYI, look at the 3 reviews near the bottom of that page. I personally wouldn't touch Zorin with a 10-foot pole.
