Thanks for coming back and writing a final update - it's always helpful for people who might come across the topic later with the same problemI've gone ahead and marked the thread as solved now, as both new laptops are up and running as they should be. We've been having intermittent broadband problems for nearly a week now, but it's clearly a problem with either the hub or the service, rather than with the laptops.
I've been switching it off and on again GatorsFan, which does seem to help for a little while, before the problems start again. Going to be looking into it!
